Here are some helpful frequently asked questions that will ease the navigation and common questions of our site:
Adding a Card to Your Subscription
If this is your first time subscribing to order one or more of our bags per week or month, follow these steps:
- Browse through our selection that offers a subscription option.
- Place your preferred bag(s) in your cart, specifying the frequency of your delivery as well as the grind type.
- When ready to checkout, complete your mailing and billing information.
- Add a new card that will associate to your subscription bag(s).
- Place your order! Afterwards, will then see two emails: one for your receipt and the other containing your subscription details.
If you ever need to change any details of your subscription:
- Login to your account by clicking on Account (desktop) or the user icon (mobile) on the top-right of the page.
- Once you arrive at your account settings page, click on View Subscriptions.
- Click View on the bag you need to modify.
- On the left side of your screen, click on Edit Subscription Details to configure the quantity, grind type, and order frequency; on the right side of your screen, you may update your shipping address and payment method as needed.
How to Use our Rewards Points
Whether if it's creating an account, referring a friend, making an online purchase, or sharing us on social media, you build up rewards points that are redeemable for discounts on future orders. You do not have to be logged in to see the Rewards Program, but you will have to be logged in to manage your points. The Rewards Program widget should hover in the lower-left of your screen, pictured above. Once you create your Fonté account, go ahead and start racking up those points!
If you are logged in, click on the Rewards Program button and you should see three tabs: HISTORY, EARN POINTS, and MY REWARDS. If you only see two tabs: Opportunities / Rewards For You, you may not be logged in. Your available points should be displayed on the top-right.
The fastest way to accrue points (Figure 2) is by:
- Making a purchase on our site (10 points per dollar spent)
- Referring a friend: copy and paste the link to share to a friend, and you'll gain points when they make their first purchase
- Sharing us on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest: you will earn 50 points when a friend clicks on the shared link
Whenever you're ready to redeem them (Figure 3):
- Click the third tab (MY REWARDS)
- Select the denomination to apply your points
- Copy and paste your rewards code onto your cart upon checkout
If you misplace the code (Figure 1):
- Click the first tab (HISTORY)
- Locate the most recent activity of redemption by date and the amount of points
- Copy and paste the code to re-apply it at checkout (the code is not used up until you complete your order)
