Shipping Policy
Fonté offers UPS Economy, Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air to ship the majority of our orders. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from UPS 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed. In cases where UPS will not deliver (i.e. PO boxes and military addresses), Fonté reserves the right to source out an alternative shipping method such as U.S. Mail. Customers will not receive tracking information when an alternative shipping method is applied.

Return Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. In order to provide you with the best products, excellent information and quality customer service we record a variety of information from your visit to our site. We record your computer's domain name, information indicating which site pages you viewed, the address of the site you came from before visiting our site, and any search terms you used to find our site. We also record your email address if you chose to communicate with us via email. And, should we offer an online survey, we will record any information you provide us in that survey.

If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending us a message via email.

If you supply us with your telephone number online you may receive telephone contact from us regarding your order. We will not contact you by telephone about any of our new products or offers. We use e-mail and printed catalogs to let you know about our new products.

Please be assured that in all of our years of doing business, Fonte has never sold or shared customer information. That's our policy, and we stick with it. We will never share your personal information with another company. We do not sell, share, or rent our lists.

For orders $40 or over we offer free economy shipping to US addresses only. If using a discount code, the subtotal must be $40 or more after the discount is applied to qualify for free shipping. If shipping to multiple addresses, the total shipping to each address must be at least $40 to qualify for free shipping.

Time in Transit
If you choose economy or ground shipping, you should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days. We roast and ship within 24 hours of placing your order (on business days only; if your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it is roasted and shipped on Monday). Please note: we roast and ship our Swiss Water Decaf Organic and Organic Awareness on Wednesday of each week. Order placed before 6am on Wednesday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 6am on Wednesdays will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking Orders and Shipping FAQs
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.
